Get your Burger Ramly fix with Ministry of Burgers. Burger Ramly is a pasar malam staple food. Those of you living in the west do not have to worry. The Original Pisang Keju has got you covered! Even though they do not specialize in burgers, they still offer a Burger Ramly that will definitely satisfy the burger-shaped hole in your tummy.
Just like their name suggests, the Original Pisang Keju also offers banana fritters with a variety of toppings like cheese, Nutella, and chocolate rice. Banana fritters are also found in pasar malams and can be considered as the go-to dessert.

Another dessert staple that can be found in pasar malams is the Indonesian dessert pancake called martabak manis. The best place to get this is no other than Markozar which are known for their long lines in pasar malam. The martabak manis here are definitely worth queuing up for with their generous topping of cheese and chocolate!
Other than martabak manis, they also have banana fritters which are also generously topped with chocolates and cheese. Markozar currently has two outlets in Singapore with a new outlet in Sengkang opening soon!

One of the delights found in pasar malams has to be cheap Takoyaki! Yummy Takoyaki is affordable and as the name suggests, it is absolutely yummy! If you worry about halal certification, just know that the establishment is 100% Muslim-owned and the Takoyakis are all homemade!
