Campaigns Coordinator

Are you the mother hen (or rooster) of the group? Feel like Marie Kondo at times? The Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for making sure all projects and campaigns are going according to plan, and leaving no loose ends untied. He or she should be meticulous, love planning and juggling multiple tasks at one time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and oversee internal and external projects alongside campaigns team
  • Record and archive project information such as receipts, costings and budget
  • Prepare proposals as required
  • Apply for relevant licences as required
  • Generate and manage project timeline to ensure a smooth delivery
  • Tracks data, maintains promotional materials, maintains databases, and prepares reports
  • Logistics scheduling with Operations Team
  • Liaise and review design works by Design Team to ensure guidelines and briefs are met
  • Builds & maintains good relationship with clients, internal stakeholders & contractors/vendors to fulfill project requirement
  • Other ad-hoc coordination tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Media, Communications or Event Management
  • Proven working experience in project management scope
  • Demonstrable experience leading projects
  • Solid knowledge of the local media/events scene and latest trends
  • Knowledge in digital marketing a plus
  • Ability to commit to overtime work from time to time
