2020 is truly over! After almost a week of 2021, it is hard to shake off the 2020-fueled anger that might still be lingering. The only solution to that is to throw your pent-up emotions away. Literally. The good thing is there are places in Singapore for you to vent your anger!
You can’t start the year fresh if you are still emotionally invested in 2020. Some people might choose to let emotions out in a calm and relaxing environment while others might choose something a little more physical. If you are the latter, then these activities are for you.
If you haven’t already heard of them, The Fragment Room is the first rage room in Singapore. Customers are encouraged to release all their inner frustrations by smashing plates, glasses, even electronic appliances as a form of anger therapy.
Come dress in comfortable clothes, put on the protective gear that they provide and start smashing! Each person will get a crate of breakable items and instant gratification during the session. You can choose to vent your anger alone or call up some friends and make it a group activity.
