Meet Ella, the robot barista who is four times faster than a human barista! Ella is known as Singapore’s first fully automated robot barista created by Crown Digital. Her patent technology enables her to prepare 200 cups of coffee in an hour with high quality and consistency. You can choose from 100 different varieties of coffee available!

If you are looking for more than just coffee, Ratio Café and Lounge has three robotic barista arms that can prepare you a range of coffee, tea, cocktails, and beer. This is where you will find out that the future has a great cup of authentic kopitiam Kopi O, just like how your favourite kopi uncle makes it.
Ratio café and lounge have over 50 drinks to choose from and you are able to customize the drinks! Not to mention, the drinks here are quite affordable.

How do you like your eggs in the morning? Choose from sunny side up or an omelet and Ausca, M Social’s robotic breakfast chef will whip up your eggs in three minutes. Ausca is also known as Automated Service Chef Associate. It is part of M Social’s award-winning restaurant Beast and Butterflies.

Can you believe that we have robots that can make the perfect fried rice in Singapore? Bowl & Bowl offers 11 variations of fried rice that are all fried by robots! The restaurant has five automated fried rice chefs that are ready to go and you can even watch the robots flip the rice right in front of you. It is nice to know that an Asian comfort food like fried right will survive the future!

You can soon look forward to robots serving you laksa at events! Orange Clove, part of Singapore’s largest catering group, introduced Sophie in 2019. In 45 seconds, Sophie is able to serve you a bowl of laksa. While Sophie does not prepare the laksa gravy, the robot is able to blanch the noodles and taugey.
Orange Clove is planning to incorporate new dishes and recipes as well so we can safely assume we might see an army of robots making Southeast Asian cuisines soon!
